Welcome to Eureka Adult Foster Care, where we provide supervised, 24-hour living arrangements for individuals in Massachusetts who wish to continue living safely in their homes with a caregiver due to physical, mental, or emotional limitations. Our program offers a unique opportunity for caregivers and participants to share a common living area, fostering a sense of family and community while ensuring the highest standard of care.
By seamlessly integrating caregivers and participants who already reside together, we provide personalized support and assistance tailored to individual needs, allowing caregivers to receive a tax-free stipend while continuing their careers.

Caregivers have the potential to earn a monthly stipend & are offered the chance to accommodate more than two (2) members per household.

FAQ'S
To be eligible for participation in our program, individuals must meet specific criteria outlined below.
Participants Criteria
- Caregivers cannot be a spouse, parent, or guardian for the person they are caring for.
- Additionally, caregivers cannot be a parent or guardian for a child under 18 years old if they are caring for them.
- Eligible caregivers can be either a member or non-family member of the person they are caring for.
- Caregivers must be 18 years of age or older.
- They must pass a Criminal Offender Record Information check.
- Caregivers must possess the ability to provide the necessary medical care and physical assistance required for the care of the potential member.
- Care recipients must be at least 16 years old.
- Care recipients must be Massachusetts residents.
- They should be unable to live alone due to their medical or mental condition.
- Recipients must have a friend or family member who can provide care for them.
- Recipients must have a physical, cognitive, or behavioral impairment that necessitates assistance with at least one Activity of Daily Living (ADL), such as walking, bathing, dressing, toileting, or transferring.
- Recipients must live with the caregiver or be willing to move in with the caregiver, who cannot be their spouse or legal guardian.
- They must be enrolled in MassHealth.
